Jeevashi provides everyday food and beverages prepared fresh. Our offerings include:

• In-store dining: Food and beverage service at our physical locations.
• Takeaway & delivery: Food and beverages ordered for takeaway or delivery through our Website, app, or partner platforms.
• Loyalty programs: Rewards and discount programs offered to frequent customers.

3. Purchases, Payment, and Refund Policy

• Fees: You agree to pay all fees described at the time of purchase, including food, beverage, and delivery charges.
• Order issues: We take care to ensure orders are correct and fresh. For a significant issue, such as a missing or incorrect item, contact the store or info@jeevashi.com. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Cancellations: Once an order has been placed and accepted, we may not be able to cancel it, especially if preparation has begun.
• Chargeback disputes: An unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate termination of your account or ability to order from us.

4. Allergen & Dietary Information

• Information: We provide information on key ingredients and potential allergens. Our kitchens handle multiple ingredients, and cross-contamination is possible.
• Customer responsibility: Inform us of specific allergies or dietary requirements when ordering. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction: Courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Dispute resolution: Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in Pune under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
